One of the questions I get asked most after I teach, from newbies and long-time practitioners alike is: Can you recommend any books I can read for where I'm at? ...... so much so, that I created a recommended reading list on my last website, that students could quickly reference. I have recently updated this list, alongside the relaunch of my website and offerings - and you will find that list below.

These are books that either I was required to read for one of my teacher training certifications, have used in some of my retreats and intensives, as well as books that I utilize a lot in my personal coaching. I have tried to order the list from what I believe is the most accessible, digestible and generally useful on the whole, to the least.
Topics covered range from asana practice, breathwork, yoga philosophy and anatomy, right thinking and mindfulness practices. This list is by no means comprehensive, and is quite subjective, in that these are the books that I personally have found most useful.........So, If you think that I have missed a gem or two - please feel free to drop me a comment with your suggestion:)
