10 Steps to Skinny:

1. Drink 3 Liters of water per day

2. Eat Breakfast. Specifically eat 20-30grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking.

3. Eat every 3-4 hours, small ‘meals’

4. Always eat a protein with a carb, the protein helps to digest the carb (fruits and vegetables ARE carbohydrates.

5. Do NOT sit or lay down within 30 minutes after eating. Go for a walk, do the laundry, clean the counters…. Just STAY upright! If you have to sit, because you are on a plane or something – read.

6. Exercise, move your body for 30-60minutes per day. If you can’t do anything else, just walk at a good pace.

7. Do get 2 servings of healthy fats per day: Almonds, Coconut oil, Avocado, etc.

8. Take digestive enzymes with every meal. If your not having at least 1-2 good bowel movements per day, add a good probiotic daily (Renew Life, 50 Million)

9. Sleep 7-8hrs per night, at least.

10. Cut out Sugar, Wheat and Dairy.
