Diane comes to YOUR HOME, goes through your kitchen with you (with a garbage bag), eliminates any improper grocery choices, takes you grocery shopping to teach you which groceries should be on your list on a weekly basis. She will create a personalized meal plan for you with additional supplement and exercise suggestions to hit your personal health goals.
