SMALL & LARGE GROUPS
- A strong, flowing 60-75 minute practice with hands-on adjustments throughout. Each practice is well-balanced, efficient and tailored to your individual needs. Best for those with some yoga experience. Come prepared to sweat.
- A nurturing 75-90 minute practice focused on proper alignment and breath awareness. Includes a short meditation in final savasana. Great for all levels, including those with minor injuries and physical limitations.
- 90 minutes of deep facial stretching and yoga therapeutics floor work. Followed by prop-based Restorative postures, and deep final savasana meditation.
