Diane has been teaching full-time for Modo/Moksha Yoga since April 2007. Modo was the first ever teacher training she completed in early 2007 to gain her 500hr teaching certification. Her love affair with yoga began in the hot rooms of Modo/Moksha yoga in 2005 – as she has always identified strongly with their 7 ethical pillars of: Accessibility, Living Green, Living to Learn, Outreach, Community Building, Being Healthy and Embodying Peace! As one of the first generation of founding Modo/Moksha teachers, Diane has regularly sold-out Posture Workshops that help newcomers understand the fundamentals of the sequenced practice. Diane has also worked for Modo/Moksha International as a ‘Peer Support Guide’, helping to guide new teachers through the rigorous, yearlong Modo/Moksha training! Diane continues to practice and teach regularly at Moksha/Modo Yoga studios internationally-she is very grateful to be a member of this incredible community and insists that if you can’t get to her – get yourself to a Modo (US) or Moksha (Canada) studio near you.
